Booth Spaces
Vendor spaces are approximately 8′ x 8′. Because the Masonic Hall is a historic building, some spaces may have unique layouts or tighter dimensions. Every effort is made to assign booths based on each vendor’s needs while making the best use of the available space.
Please plan to keep your display within your assigned booth. If you require additional room, please reserve two booth spaces, which will provide approximately 16′ x 8′ of space.
A standard booth will generally accommodate two, and in some cases three, 6-foot tables, depending on the layout of the assigned space.
Vendors reserving two booth spaces will typically be placed upstairs, where there is more flexibility for larger displays.
Shoppers visit both levels throughout the event, and an accessible ramp provides entry to the upper level from the back of the building for anyone who needs it.
Please note: Booth assignments are made by the event organizer and are designed to create the best possible shopping experience for both vendors and guests. Specific booth locations cannot be guaranteed, but every effort will be made to accommodate reasonable requests.
